Jill, our Player Services Manager, sure loves The Lodge because her job is fun and different every day! Other things that make Jill happy are warm chocolate chip cookies, football and spending time with her daughter. Her next job? A detective on Law and Order maybe? (That's her favorite show!)

Linda has been around Gilpin for a long time – 9 years at The Gilpin Casino, not to mention, she grew up right here in Gilpin County! When you've been around somewhere that long, you've gotta love it and she does. Her personal goal is to greet as many guests by name as she can and to make each and every one feel special! When she's not helping guests, she's spending time with her family, shopping, crafting a new project or cooking.

Shy is from upstate New York and moved to Colorado in 1994. She enjoys many activities such as dancing, snow and waterskiing, rollerblading, sporting events and traveling. Her days off include a trip to the gym,lunch and shopping with friends and time with her daughter and grandson. The best part of her job is meeting and interacting with her guests and making them feel welcome.

Shawn is a Colorado Native who grew up in Idaho Springs. She has been in the casino industry since 1992 and has been a host for over 10 years. Shawn loves being a host because of all the great people she gets to meet everyday. When she's not working she is spending time with her husband and four children! She also enjoys cooking, doing crafts and singing with her classic rock band!

Terry has been employed with us since 2000. He has been around the hospitality industry for 20 years and still gets goose bumps when he sees guests win big jackpots! Outside of the casino, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his daughter. You can also find Terry hiking, biking and watching his favorite team, The Broncos!!

Erika has been with the company over 3 years and enjoys the close interactions with our guests! She is a great wife and mother of three children, plus she has two dogs and a parakeet. During her free time (when she gets it) you might catch her watching or even playing some hockey. Even though Erika is a native to Colorado she would love to retire in Italy or Ireland!

Kristy enjoys the casino atmosphere and the personal interaction she gets with people being a host. When she's not meeting people at work she is enjoying the outdoors with her 2 daughters. She loves to eat pasta and if there's room for dessert she'll scoop up some Strawberry ice cream!
