Lauren Greenhalgh
Lauren is our VIP Services Manager. She has been with the company since 2005. Her favorite thing about her job is that there is never a dull moment. Well, and let’s not forget the cruises! When she isn’t at work, you can find Lauren spending time with friends and family, throwing the Frisbee for one of her doggies, trying to work on her golf game, or attempting to create a culinary masterpiece!
Terry Harrel
Terry has been employed with us since 2000. He has been around the hospitality industry for 20 years and still gets goose bumps when he sees guests win big jackpots! Outside of the casino, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his daughter. You can also find Terry hiking, biking and watching his favorite team, The Broncos!
Ebin McLaughlin
Ebin is our Executive Host for the Asian Market here at The Lodge and Gilpin Casinos. He is a Colorado native and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in International Studies & a minor in Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Ebin had the opportunity to live and study in Chengdu (成都), Sichuan (四川), China (中国). Ebin is excited to develop cultural relationships with guests here at The Lodge and Gilpin. In his free time, he can often be found listening to vinyl records, going to concerts, camping in the mountains, or playing basketball.
Winnie Wilson
I am so excited to become part of The Lodge and Gilpin family! I grew up in the Philippines and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. I started my casino career in the South Pacific commonwealth of Northern Marianas Island of Saipan. I also spent 4 years in Guam working as the Ambassador of Lamer Skin care. After that, I relocated to Lake Tahoe, Nevada as a Casino Marketing Coordinator. I love working with people and making their casino experience enjoyable. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, fashion, and beauty.
