Weather Clause: Event Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances that management deems to present similar risks, management reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any planned promotional event. The decision to cancel or reschedule will be based on the forecasted weather report and/or other conditions, with the primary consideration being the safety and well-being of participants, staff, and attendees.

Notification Process:
If a decision is made to cancel or reschedule the event due to severe weather, management will make every reasonable effort to promptly notify participants. Notifications will be disseminated through official communication channels, including but not limited to email, social media, and the official event website. Participants, attendees, and all involved parties are encouraged to monitor weather updates and announcements leading up to the event date.
